VOTE NO ON PROP 50
PROP 50 TAKES CALIFORNIA BACKWARDS
Californians created the gold standard for fair elections: independent, citizen-led redistricting that ensures voters pick their representatives, not the other way around.
Prop 50 would tear that down, even temporarily, and hand the power back to Sacramento politicians. That’s not progress, that’s going backwards.
Voters are supposed to choose their representatives, not the other way around.
We must vote NO on 50 to make sure our politicians are always accountable to the voters. We’re the Golden State, not the rigged state.
We need you to complete these steps:
Register to vote by October 20, 2025, if you are not already registered.
Volunteer to help the Republican Party contact voters.
Return you ballot as soon as you receive it with a ‘NO’ vote!
STOP AB 495
The California Legislature is once again undermining Parental Rights. AB 495 is up for a committee vote this Friday, August 29. If it passes, it heads straight to the full Senate floor. That means our window to stop it is closing fast.
AB 495 is a dangerous bill that puts every child at risk.
This legislation would allow any adult to claim they are a child’s “caregiver” simply by filling out and signing a Caregiver’s Authorization Affidavit — with no parent consent, no parent notification, no photo I.D., no court review, and no background check.
Zero safeguards.
AB 495 IMPORTANT FACTS
Current law grants relatives of a child the status of “caregiver” when knowingly assigned by the parent(s) or guardian. AB 495 expands this title to non-relatives, allowing them to obtain legal “caregiver” status simply by completing a form called the Caregiver Authorization Affidavit—without the knowledge or consent of the parent(s) or guardian.
Under AB 495, a non-relative with a complete Caregiver Authorization Affidavit can authorize medical, dental, or mental health treatment for the child without parental or guardian approval.
Because the Caregiver Authorization Affidavit lacks safeguards, a person who has not been authorized by a parent or guardian could easily falsify the form. The Caregiver Authorization does not require:
A parent’s or guardian’s signature
A court signature
A driver’s license or photo ID (a Social Security number or Medi-Cal number is sufficient)
Authorities must accept the affidavit at face value. The law states: “A person who relies on this affidavit has no obligation to make any further inquiry or investigation.”
The caregiver is not required to notify the parent(s) and may simply check the statement: “I am unable to contact the parent(s) or other person(s) having legal custody of the minor at this time, to notify them of my intended authorization.”
There are no limits on who can become a child’s caregiver. The Caregiver Authorization Affidavit states: “Non-relative extended family members may include, but are not limited to, teachers, medical professionals, clergy, neighbors, and family friends.
Take Action by contacting Governor Newsom and telling him not to VETO AB 495.

CA Voter ID Initiative
The California Voter ID Initiative is a state constitutional amendment being proposed to impose a Voter ID requirement for all future elections in California. Because the proposal is a constitutional amendment, once approved by the voters, state politicians will be compelled to comply with it for all future elections – no exceptions. Here’s what it requires:
1. Photo ID to Vote
Voters would provide a government issued ID for in-person voting or provide last four digits of a government ID for voting by mail.
2. Verification of Citizenship
Election officials would be required to verify that only eligible individuals are registered to vote and receive ballots. Citizenship must be verified.

4 Reasons to Sign the CA Voter ID Petition:
Makes Sure CA Elections are Fair
For years, people have had doubts about the fairness and integrity of our elections. Polling shows that if we implement Voter ID, their confidence in elections will be increased —improving the sense of fairness.Makes CA Elections More Accessible
A lot of voters have forgotten how they signed their name when registering to vote. By moving to the last 4 digits of a government-issued ID for verification, this provides everyone with an easy PIN number to vote with more confidence. While opponents say Voter ID makes it harder to vote if you're economically disadvantaged, this proposal requires that every person shall be provided a free ID upon request for voting.Broad Bipartisan support
Opponents say Voter ID is racist and suppresses vote, but minorities actually support Voter ID at greater rates than white voters. U.S. courts have also routinely ruled that Voter ID is not racist.Lets the People Decide
By signing this initiative, you're merely saying you want the people to vote on this proposal in the 2026 election.
